MARRIED At First Sight Australia’s bride Brook Crompton decided to ditch the commitment ceremony and do a runner in shock scenes last night.
The controversial bride, who was branded a “mean girl” and a “bully” by her fellow co-stars, was held accountable for her “disgusting” behaviour at the most recent dinner party.

Brook made a surprise return to the experiment days after walking out on her husband Chris to attend the dinner party, but she wasn’t there for him.
Admitting the real reason for her attendance, Brook savagely said at the table: “I’m not gonna let my b***hes fight some b***hes by themselves”.
Brook was referring to co-stars Stella and Alissa, whom she has clashed with throughout the season, culminating in last week’s explosive dinner party.
Last night, Brook reluctantly held her hands up and apologised, but the other brides insisted it didn’t seem sincere.
She told them: “I feel so much guilt and regret today. I did take it too far last night. There is no excuse for that behaviour.”
This prompted the expert John Aiken to grill Brook further on why she was so vicious.
She tried to justify it saying: “There was a lot of things that I was upset with that had happened and things I wanted to vocalise but my emotions got the better of me and I came out and attacked.
“No one’s perfect, I don’t even do that in the outside world, so I don’t know why I did it in here.”
She told the experts that she and Chris were not a match and there was nothing romantic between them.
She continued to use Chris’ audition tape as an excuse and said she wasn’t there to “hold his hand”.
But expert Mel Schilling circled back to Brook’s poor behaviour at the dinner party and the real reason she returned to the experiment.
She said: “Observing you at the dinner party, you quickly acknowledged Chris and shifted your focus to the rest of the room and didn’t see you interacting to Chris much.
“Can you see how it looked like you came back to have a go at people?”
Brook replied: “100 per cent. Obviously, yeah, got carried away.”

Mel then drew a comparison between Brook’s vile behaviour and the way she spoke to the other brides and what she had seen in Chris’ VT tape, where he said some degrading comments about women.
Mel said: “I guess I’m just reflecting on last night and observing you Brook and the way that you spoke to women.
“Can you see how that feel a little at odds with the attitude you’re having towards Chris last week?”
Brook tried to explain away her actions but Mel wasn’t having any of it.
Mel interjected: “Sorry can I just jump in there… I’ve got to say in all my years working on Married At First Sight, I have never experienced a woman be so vicious toward other women.
“It was relentless and to continue doing that for several hours, without barely taking a breath, it was vicious.”
Brook then squirmed around in her chair, before telling Chris that she was going to the toilet mid-way through the commitment ceremony.
Chris whispered: “Are you coming back?”
But it was clear that Brook had no intention of returning and had taken the cowardly way out.
After some time, production made the experts aware that Brook had fled the scene and would not be returning.
Gia said: “It’s not a good look for her, you’ve got to cop it.”
Steve echoed: “You’ve got to just front up and deal with it.”
Danny added: “She knew they were about to get into it and she ran.”
The experts broke the news to Chris that Brook had done a runner, which left him furious as he got up and stormed off.
While the other couples said: “That’s a hurt man.”
E4 viewers were left horrified last week as they watched the dinner party descend into chaos as a new “bullying” row erupted.
At the table, a clear divide could be seen as Brook sat with pals Gia, Mel and Bec as they began to target other girls at the table.
Kicking off the drama, Brook shouted across the table to Stella, who chatting to co-star Steve about his love life.
“I think Stella is trying to give relationship advice after her two week relationship,” snarked Brook.
“I just want to know Stella, what is your problem with me?” she continued, before repeatedly shouting over to Stella, who remained calm and didn’t respond.
Beginning to mock her, Brook then said: “I see someone like you, ‘I’m so deep, I’m so deep’, I don’t think you’re deep, I just think you’re dumb.”
As Stella replied that she wasn’t going to argue at the table, Brook mocked her with a face before rolling her eyes – while Gia burst out laughing.
Gia and Brook laughed across to Stella as the calm bride reiterated that she wouldn’t respond to Brook’s ‘barking’
Getting involved, Gia said: “Barking babe? That’s lovely, why don’t you go back in your kennel, babe?”
Stella decided to leave the table in an attempt to diffuse the situation, tapping Brook on the shoulder and asking if she’d like to have a conversation in private to resolve things
“Don’t touch me,” Brook snapped.
She then mocked Stella’s outfit, as she told the bride: “While you’re at it, get the stripper boots off, babe, if you’re gonna be stripper boots, buy 100% leather, don’t buy faux leather.
“Where’d you get them from, Target?”
Sticking up for her co-star, Alissa told Brook: “That’s not nice”.
“Shut up Alyssa, you idiot,” replied Brook.
Brook, Bec and Gia then began to mock Alissa as they branded her ‘fake’ and detailed how they ‘all’ dislike her.
Gia snapped to the bride: “Take your hair extensions out and chill.”
Brook is then seen laughing with her friends whilst making an L sign with her hand, shouting ‘loser’.
Following the drama, the girls’ co-stars branded Brook’s behavior ‘disgusting’, with Steven dubbing it ‘bullying’.
Fans watching couldn’t help but agree, with several taking to X to share their distaste for the explosive scenes.
“Brook, Gia and Bec’s behaviour is absolutely disgusting. Bullying at your grown ages,” wrote one viewer.
Another said: “Last night’s dinner party was so uncomfortable to watch. I don’t understand how or why people ever think mean girl energy is cute. Brook is vile and so are her minions #MAFSAus”.
