Read the comments Abbie Chatfield made against a reality TV star that forced her to apologise following defamation claim
Abbie Chatfield made headlines this week when she publicly apologised to Married At First Sight star Harrison Boon following his defamation lawsuit against her last year.
Now, the remarks that sparked the legal battle have resurfaced.
In October, the MAFS veteran, 35, launched a GoFundMe to bankroll his legal costs, accusing Abbie of spreading ‘constant lies, slander and bullying’ that he claims cost him business and tarnished his name.
A screenshot of the GoFundMe page shows part of the false post Abbie wrote about him online: ‘And [redacted] supports fascism everyone!!! These sexist men also hold white supremacist ideals. Don’t let them tell you they’re “men’s rights activists”. They’re alt right freaks who stand by Nazi ideology.’
Abbie also uploaded a screenshot of a message she’d allegedly received from Harrison along with a comment which read, in part: ‘And I thought I blocked this loser but he’s so irrelevant to me that I didn’t realise I hadn’t. Till I saw this HORRIFIC message.’
‘Go and check if anyone you know [is] following him and make them unfollow and block him IMMEDIATELY,’ she added.

‘Abbie Chatfield has publicly apologised to Harrison Boon. On her story, buried in the middle of 50 or so other stories,’ he wrote.
‘This is a technique influencers use when they have to post something but don’t want many people to see it.’
Dean, who has clashed with Abbie on several occasions, went on to congratulate Harrison for his apparent victory.
In the comments section, Harrison simply responded: ‘Thanks everyone I’m happy with the outcome.’
Funds raised by Harrison’s GoFundMe went directly towards his lawyer and court filing fees, as well as mediation and expert witness costs.
